I like how Tumblr is evolving from a slapdash blogging product to a horribly designed chatroom product.
Also enjoy how features are rolled out incoherently, that no amount of future 20/20 hindsight can see any sort of master plan as time goes on. Even stalwart assertions about basic functions (e.g. “no ads”) have flipped overnight at times, with Orwellian disclaimers that they were EVER thinking of doing things differently.
