Now I’m wondering: what if I don’t actually go to HallowMEME? Like, I might be in jail that night. (This has happened before, specifically.) So if I don’t go, should I just kill myself? Is there no reason to live after that? I kinda need the approval of all of my peers, lest my world of flattering feedback and privileged access come crashing down all around me and all I’m left with is my college diploma, my wife, and an ornery cat.
