Despite the often correct assumption that New York is on big circle-jerk, the New York Tech Meetup is like the Apollo theater. If your idea sucks, the audience there lets you know it.
First, well-noted. Second, I’m quite familiar - they don’t throw tomatoes, but you’ll hear some snoring every now and then! It’s not even that the ideas are bad… please, guys, ever hear of the Five O’Clock Club?
