We are drinking our Polcari’s Coffee for breakfast, straight from the coffee grinder/brewer machine. There aren’t words for how good it is; the taste of the coffee has completely outshined what was a perfectly good batch of homemade french toast with syrup. For the first time in a while, coffee has NOT made me ready to face the day; it has made me want to take a trip to wherever it comes from, and roll in it for the rest of my life.
So, um, hello Monday!
