- Add to Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, mailing lists
- Attend all events to which your new friends invite you
- Meet, talk, build, add more friends, go to more parties
- Get burnt out on parties, stay home
- Read email, get pissed off at the self-promoters, unsubscribe
- Read Facebook, find many people’s personal lives and commentary insufferable, defriend
- Read Tumblr, find most people’s taste insufferable, unfollow
- Read Twitter, get annoyed that most people spend half their day tweeting links to the people you just disconnected from elsewhere; unfollow
- No friends left. Play video games all the time
